Sid's Revenge: Principal Wartz gives Sid detention for an prank he did not commit, so Sid attempts to get revenge by making a voodoo soap doll of Principal Wartz. After several incidents appear to indicate that his revenge doll has caused Wartz's death, Arnold tries to convince him that they were nothing but a series of coincidences. Roller Coaster: Eugene wants to ride with the gang, but they all think he's a jinx and won't go with him except Arnold, so he decides to break the cycle of pain and rides with Eugene, to prove that he's not a jinx, but while on the roller coaster, it breaks down and they are stuck at the top of its tallest drop.

The Aptitude Test: Helga thinks she's dim because she failed an aptitude test at school, only to discover she received Harold's test score, and vice versa. Oskar Gets a Job: A financial predicament forces Oskar to get a job delivering papers, but he makes excuses so that Arnold can do the work for him.

Arnold Betrays Iggy: When Arnold sees Iggy wearing bunny pajamas, he promises he won't tell anybody - but when Sid and Stinky guess, Iggy refuses to forgive Arnold. Helga and the Nanny: Big Bob hires a nanny to take care of Helga after his wife has to do community service, but when Helga feels that Inga ruins her life, she tries to get rid of her. Helga succeeds, but is forced to come to terms with her character.

All the kids are paired with adults with interesting jobs except Arnold, who is forced to spend time with the Jolly Olly Man. / Harold believes it's his life's calling to become a butcher, but he slowly drives Mr. Greene, the butcher, crazy. Written by Anonymous

The coach cares about winning almost as much as his wife, and Arnold teaches him that sometimes he has to make a few sacrifices. Cool Party: Rhonda has a party and only invites the cool kids. Arnold attends, but realizes her party is only for snobs.

Helga, lost in a love reverie, writes Arnold loves Helga on a wall, but changes the name to Lila when the kids approach. / The kids all try to outdo each other in a city-wide go-cart race.

Arnold is fed up with the bickering amongst the boarders and sets out to find the true meaning of the holiday.

Helga's Show: Helga performs a stand-up comedy routine at P.S. 118, but when she starts imitating her classmates, they get angry at her and start ignoring her. She sees what's going on and stops doing stand-up comedy, but her classmates think that her new act stinks. The Flood: Mr. Simmons's class gets stuck at PS 118 during a flood, and the kids have a fight and start to get a little restless. Arnold tries to pull the class together and work as a team. It all works out at the end when the class both pull Mr. Simmons, who was stuck on a near broken ladder, and Helga, who was pulled down with him after trying to help pull him back up with her hands. Meanwhile, Grandpa attempts to save the children, and Oskar hopes to make a quick buck from this.

Phoebe agrees to take a dive so that Helga can win a competition, but she comes to regret her decision. / The boys engage in a recreation of a historical battle, only this time their prized pig is in danger of losing his life.

Crabby Author: Arnold is eager to do a book report, and decides to do it on his favorite author, Agatha Caulfield, who turns out to be the opposite of who Arnold thought she was. Rich Kid: A serious, rich kid named Lorenzo joins P.S. 118's 4th grade class, so Arnold and the other kids try to teach him not to worry about his schedules and appointments so much, and just have fun.

Arnold tells Grandpa he's tired of dealing with Helga's nonsense. Grandpa tells Arnold a story about a girl he had to deal with when he was a kid. / Arnold is in charge of finding entertainment for the school dance and chooses Dino Spumoni. Written by Anonymous
