30 former Real World/Road Rules Veterans and Rookies fly to Prague, Czech Republic where they are dropped in an unknown location. They are split into three 10 member teams and have the rules explained by host, T.J. Lavin. The next day the first challenge is held and the gray team wins the first competition, forcing members of the blue and red teams into the first Gulah elimination. One guy and one girl are eliminated. The remaining 28 contestants compete in the second challenge in Prague. Two familiar faces show up. The losing two teams have to send members to compete in the gulag again. Two more competitors will be eliminated.

The remaining 26 competitors compete in a third challenge, followed by the third gulag elimination round. The gray and red teams have 9 members left while the blue team has 8.

The remaining 24 competitors continue with the challenge. Another team challenge is held followed by the 4th gulag elimination round. A member of the Red Team may be forming an alliance with the enemy. In true challenge fashion, members of the Blue Team are willing to sacrifice friendships for cash. Written by challengeman87

The remaining 22 competitors compete in a surf's up challenge. A competitor is hurt during the challenge and is taken away in an ambulance. Ty's aggression annoys the other competitors in the house. The remaining 15 competitors compete in a challenge placing them 100 feet in the air. The eighth gulag elimination round occurs which provides the challengers with a twist. Two former competitors return and one guy and one girl will be sent home after the intense gulag. Written by challengeman87

After the continuation of the eighth gulag, two competitors are sent home by CT and Tina. The remaining 13 competitors compete in the penultimate challenge for the season. Laurel and Sarah try to get rid of Cara Maria before the final challenge. The final gulag occurs where the last elimination of the season takes place. Written by challengeman87

The final gulag takes place. After the last elimination the remaining 11 competitors compete in the last challenge for the money.

Some of the competitors reunite to discuss the season and set the record straight on all the fights and drama of the challenge.
