They then meet up with friend Johnny Knoxville, and convince him to get back on a bike for the first time since Travis broke his penis. Travis, Roner, and Scott Palmer hurl themselves off a construction crane perched atop the tallest building in Central America. Back at the hotel, Travis and Jim hydro-skim a motorcycle across a crowded pool. Then it's deep into the jungles of Panama where the Nitro crew brings motocross to a group of young native villagers.
