With $100,000 on the line and the right to be called King (or Queen), the Nerds let loose. Cosplay is back and even Nerdier (if that's possible). Cosplay-trix extraordinaire Yaya Han returns to judge with My Little Pony star Tara Strong. And Billy Boyd from The Lord of the Rings tosses one team into Mount Doom.
