Marty now has Kaan and Assc. up and running. Jeannie has decided to stay at G-S and has Doug as her second. Meanwhile at Kinsley Johnson, Clyde has gone to work for Marty's Ex, Monica. None of them are happy though.

Jeannie moves on another co-workers established account. Sarah wants to get pregnant. Clyde's not getting any love at work. Rumors fly he's an alleged Rapist. Monica is stabbed at work. Jeannie goes the Kaan home with emotional results.

Stearn is back at the Helm of G-S. Jeannie's position is now at risk, but a Shark is born when she leverages a partner position at Kaan and sabotages G-S on the way out. Clyde walks out on Monica who's recuperating at home.

Marty deals with hip-hop clothing moguls. Jeannie defines her new role.

Marty works with Dre to further the company without Lucas. Marty faces issues at home. Clyde's insecurity about a baby persist.

At the DollaHyde sneaker launch party, Marty is tested by Dre and considers a double cross. Meanwhile, Jeannie learns that Lukas has become suspicious of their plan. A displaced Clyde tries to make headway with Marty, and Doug makes a fatal mistake.

Marty and Jeannie have different approaches on how to deal with Lukas. The relationship between Roscoe and Lex becomes a problem for Marty.
