Jason Clark returns to South Georgetown Drive in his hometown of Dalraida, a suburb of Montgomery, Alabama, after having been away for home for years. He returned to be able to help his mother in her advancing age. He receives a warm welcome from the residents until the noise from a new neighbor's ten puppies turns him into a vengeful stalking menace who goes to war with the entire community.
