The killer makes some odd comments about killing the plant that unsettle the plant seller.In the City, the two cops discuss the case and how Quillen was already dead when the video was sent to his wife, they go near City Hall and meet Kelly, John's daughter. Kelly privately expresses concern for her widowed Dad to Deslormes, who tries to reassure her.
