Jackie needs money for home repair so she gets into it with Derek, who wants more money for himself, and ends up quitting. Javier and Elizabeth find out that friends they had loaned money to in the past are in town and confront them for a payback. In the end, Mitzi steps in and makes Derek apologize and give her a raise.
